11 grams of protein and 80 calories for 8 ounces! It's not bad at all! I probably drink it 4 or 5 times a week!

L: 2.5 oz Barbecue seasoned boneless skinless chicken and 1 oz peas and carrots

S2: 12 oz Isopure Apple Melon Drink

D: 1/2 cup Home made Zucchini "spaghetti" with 1/4 cup spinach and cheese sauce with 4 mini meatless meatballs and 1 TBSP of Parmesan-Romano

S3: 1/2 cup 2% Fage Greek yogurt with 2 TBSP of sugar-free/calorie free Tate & Lyle vanilla syrup
