Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?? Saturday!

my best friend was in town, so I have been eating out a bunch! last night, this morning and for lunch! But other than dinner last night everything was relatively good. I also dragged her to a 90 min yoga class, so we got some good exercise.
B - egg, steak, 1/2 piece french toast

Finally some temps outside above 5 degrees!
B: Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
L: 1/2 of a Spike's Sunnyside from Good Stuff Eatery (no bun, no fries, no sauce)
S: 13 almonds
D: 4oz chicken breast with a couple roasted mushrooms and Brussel sprouts
E: I walked over 8 miles already today! BOOM!

B - Chike shake with almond milk
L - barbecue chicken; roast broccoli
D - sardine/sriracha hummus/kale/egg bake. It may sound gross but it is delicious to me and so healthy!
Snacks - ostrich jerky, roast seaweed, almonds, dried fruit. And I am going to have a hot cocoa tonight!
Exercise - not unless you count sitting around feeling sorry for yourself due to being snowed in

S: Oikos Greek Yogurt, Key lime
L: 4 oz chicken
S: Quest bar, White chocolate raspberry
D: Thresian clay pot and a goat cheese stuffed date at my favorite Hungarian restaurant (layered pot with sliced tomato, green and yellow peppers, feta, house-made sausage, with an egg cracked on top, all baked to perfection in a little bitty clay pot)
MFP says 1000 calories, 91 gm protein, 43 gm fat, 50 gm carbs, I would say this is average for me. Most days the only thing that changes is what I have for dinner and whether or not I have a glass of wine.
E: 90 minutes Smartflow yoga
W: at 60 oz so far
V: Multi, fiber, vit D in
