lunch - left over steak tips, sweet potato fries and green beans

lunch 2 - pulled pork and basil cream zucchini

dinner - tomato basil chicken and sweet potato casserole

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - weight training and recumbent bike

It was warm here this morning.....negative 5! :) I forgot my breakfast at home today & I had no back up at work!! I moved my snacks to my breakfast! Needless to say I have yogurts and cottage cheese packed to take to work tomorrow!

Is the Chocolate PB Mousse something you made or bought? 

I have a recipe site which has this recipe listed there desserts with benefits - cpb mousse was going to ask it how it turned out, lol
