It's icky weather here today (still nothing compared to what you east coast folks have been dealing with) and I don't like to drive in the ice here. Drivers aren't used to it and they don't really have the equipment to deal with making the roads very safe. It will be another cozy day at home.

B: Protein Shake

L: 2 oz stuffed chicken breast

S: 1 oz cheese

D: Cheeseburger soup

S2: Protein Shake

W&V: on track

E: my class was cancelled for tonight due to weather and I"m not walking so I don't think it is happening today.

D: maybe a one-egg omelet - Monday is my really long day (work then grad school) so I usually don't want to put in much work to cook when I get home...

V: Glad for the reminder

E: Dog walking - will get up to about 30-40 minutes by the end of the day - roughly 3.5 mph

I am always so impressed by folks who are pursing grad school. Congratulations on that effort. That will be another huge accomplishment for you to achieve.

Thank you!  In a short time, this surgery has done so much to change my attitude on life.  I am seeking out opportunities that I didn't for a long time! :)  I am even considering a PhD!

E: 30 min. walking and resistance band exercise
