How does one add a photo to a post? :-)

GOALS: BMI Normal = 159 (6.5 to go); 100 LBs Lost = 156 (9.5 to go); FINAL GOAL: 139?? (26.5 to go)

You'll need to upload your photo somewhere first. Imgur is great for that, you don't need to set up an account or anything. Copy the photo URL to your clipboard.
Then, in the post, click on the little icon that looks like a mountain in a photo frame-- just to the right of the smiley. Paste the URL in the top box. If you need to make the picture smaller, click into one of the smaller boxes and type in a different number to adjust the height or width; if the box is checked, the other number will adjust so that the picture won't be squished.
