I read a post in here or maybe on the nutrition forum about a protein powder that mixed with any liquid because it was tasteless and colorless.  I don't recall the name of it but I did look it up somewhere and it was about $38 online somewhere.  If I can locate that again would that be ok to add into the clear liquid for week 1?

I think maybe that was unjury they have an unflavored one and it seems pretty well liked and the price sounds about right. I just bought the Chocolate and the vanilla and both are good.

I think what you are looking for is Genpro Protein. It is available on Amazon for $38.95.  It is amazing.  It can be mixed in hot or cold and is tasteless.  It is also packs 30g protein for a scoop 1/2 the size of the other protein powders.  I mix it in my soups, puddings,  teas whatever I feel like eating that doesn't have the protein that I want.  I took it with me on my surgery trip and added it to my chicken broth and tea the first few days.  I was able to get my protein goals in early on because of this product.  I highly recommend it.

Unjury has an unflavored protein powder but a tub of it is only about $24.
