Research Telogen Effluvium to understand exactly what is happening.  No supplement or fancy shampoo can treat or prevent it.  Biotin, for instance, would benefit the new hair pushing out the old, and may also grow hair in places that aren't as favorable (like your *****

I began losing mine at 3 months out. I always had thick hair so thankfully it wasn't too noticeable. Like many, I thought once I stabilized in my weight loss it would stop. However that wasn't the case for me. It didn't slow down down until I hit my 2 year anniversary. The hair loss is caused from the rapid weight loss. There is nothing you can do to stop it or slow it down. I didn't bother with Biotin, since I already had enough hair in undesirable places. My surgeon recommended taking zinc for hair loss, but it just made me vomit unfortunately. I'm currently 3 years out and my hair is almost back to its pre surgery thickness. Best advice is to just ride it out and plan some new hairstyles. Good luck.

I must be blessed I guess. My hair seems to be thicker and healthier than ever before. Oh, I have noticed a few strands in the brush, but I think its because I'm more mindful of it than I was before.

I told myself I wouldn't worry about hair if my health improved, and its improving on a daily basis.

I'm a guy so I'm sure its not as big a deal as it is for women.

I once shaved my head after loosing a Superbowl bet, I kinda liked the bald head for a while.

It wouldn't be a big adjustment for me to keep it like that.

That being said, I do like my healthy locks, so I  don't wanna rush things.

I love my sleeve!
