I only realized after I made this for dinner last night that it was made completely from Trader Joe's ingredients !!!

Pork Tenderloin medallions served with Baby Broccoli and topped with Fire Roasted Yellow and Red Bell Peppers.

*shot on my marble floor tile.

All from TJ's

Looks delicious! How did you cook the pork tenderloin? I usually grill chicken on the stove. Luv shopping at Whole foods & fairway market., no trader joes near me, at least not one with parking. :(

On a electric counter top grill.

Zojirushi EB-CC15 the absolute best thing ever !!! (I've tried about 5 others)

A grill plate or grill pan on a stove works great also.

Talk to me about this grill, Frisco.  Is it that much better than getting a grill that you can use on a cookstove burner?  I've put it in my Amazon basket, but want to be sure. :)

The biggest advantage to the Zojirushi grill is that it has open slots for grease and moisture run off. I line the drip pan with tin foil for easy clean up.

The only caveat is that it would be nice if it came with a cover/lid. When needed I use a foil oven pan with handles.
