I had big plans for eggs, man

And my new sleeve hates them.  I'm new around here but I think I saw a reply to someone about how eggs aren't tolerated well at first.  Have others run into that?

Boo.  I like me some eggs.

Eggs are really hard for a lot of people, and for quite a while. It seems like they'd be super easy, but they aren't.

I've been eating poached eggs and haven't had any stomach complaints. There are other things which taste differently to me now and I don't enjoy so much, but I'm doing ok with eggs chicken and pork. Beef tends to cause a rapid call to nature.

I had eggitis for about 2 weeks.  Then it was hard boiled heaven at my house again!

I had no problem with eggs as far as tolerating them. Just so disappointed that I don't like the taste of them after surgery!

It might be a little too soon for you. I had to wait until 3 1/2 weeks Post-Op to have eggs. They tasted great and I tolerated them well.  Hope you do too soon! :-)

That's good to know.  I'll try again in a week or two and see how it goes.

16 weeks out and scrambled and hard boiled still bother me but I can do fried eggs with no issue.

My sleeve was good with them as long as they weren't overcooked.  So for scrambled eggs, most people cook 'em until they're dry and rubbery.  Me?  I like them cooked a little less, and I think they taste better that way too.
