I weigh myself daily.  but if I fluctuate up a pound or two, I don't get upset.  I know that it's a temporary bump that will go away in a day or two. I record daily in a small noteboo****ep.  When I look back it reassures me that an extra pound every once in a while is always followed by a loss, evenif it takes a week.  I guess the real issue to overcome is not really  the daily weighing, but not letting the numbers upset you.

Start weight:  252 pounds

High weight:  268 pounds

Wow, in my case, I hadn't stepped on a scale in years, except at the Dr. Office and I was too heavy for that one.

I bought a digital scale from Walmart, and had to loose 45 pounds before it would weigh my big pass. Lol

I step on that thing every time I walk by it. But only record the right outa the shower weight in the morning.

Help me stay accountable I think. I'm over stalls now, don't even sweat em any more. I seem to keep a pound a day average on track, even when I don't loose for several days in a row.

The next few days following a stall just FREAK ME OUT! 4 even 5 pounds A DAY for a few days. Its crazy!

I love my sleeve!
