MFP question

What do you bave Yuri our nutritional.goals set at in MFP? they give you protien, carb and fat percents,haas to equal 100%'.

Mine are set at:

Calories - 1300

Carbs - 98g

Fat - 43g

Protein - 130g

 

Honestly - I typically go over on carbs a bit and under on protein a bit.  I try to get at least 100 g of protein / day, but this is what it is set at for me.

VSG: 12/12/13, LBL, small TL, BL/BA: 11/7/14 Twins 12/9/18 HW after Twins 260. 5'10 37 years old - Stacy_WLS (MFP)

I do not know about % but I have: 

calories 800 

protein 80 

carbs 30 

Hard to get the protein in daily since I am recently post op but these are my goals.
