So I challenged myself to start walking the 1.5 miles between my sweetie's and my workplaces to meet him after work and I have done it 3 days in a row! 3 months ago it was a challenge to take a flight of stairs because if my size, and my knee injury. I am feeling so excited I might challenge myself to ride my bike to work sometimes, and I live 3 miles away!

That's SUPER!  You should feel really proud of yourself :D  I love how much more active I can be now than I was pre-op.  For me, that's the best part of this whole thing.  I love it!

Very cool!  I have started to take the stairs at work and hate it while I do it but love that I CAN do it.  Have fun biking to work (I know you are going to do it!)

Great job taking the stairs! I agree, they are daunting. :)

That's awesome!!  That's exactly how I started my exercise program too.  Walking each day.  You've got this! xoxo
