Happy Valentine's Day if you celebrate that sort of thing! I had fun making sausage at a friend's house this afternoon!
1: frankenshake
2: roll with butter
3: bratwurst, lamb feta sausage, bite of sauerkraut, bite of roasted potatoes, a few bites of spanakorizo - YUM
liquid and vites: slightly off track due to being out of the house for so much of the day, but I'll catch up before bed
exercise: 65:00 5k training at 1% incline on treadmill for a total of 3.43 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Made a dozen of these chicken meatballs today. Stuffed em with mozzarella (babybel) and topped with a little garlic roasted marinara and ricotta cheese. They smelled so good!!!
152 cal 5.6g carbs and 17.8g protein for 2 meatballs.

liquids & vites: yup
exercise: 10 minute brisk walk + 37 minutes jogging
The weather here was absolutely beautiful today and today was massage day. I couldn't really ask for a better day.
