I love syntrax. So far I have had the double stuffed cookie and the peanut butter cookie and they are amazing! I just got the chocolate truffle in tonight and will try it in the morning and let you know :) they are about 100calories per scoop and about 24-26 grams of protien. Also very low in carbs, the chocolate truffle has 0g and the others have about 3g. It really depends on the person and what they like. The syntrax has a lot of good reviews though. Good luck!

i like protein powder, milk and banana. The banana gives it a nice sweetness and hides some of the 'protein' taste.

I hope this helps any. I know I couldn't bare the taste of protein and the blended in banana helped a lot.

I use pure protein, it's high in protein (25g per scoop), low calorie (120 per scoop), and low sugar(2g per scoop). It's also the best tasting one I've tried so far. The cherry on top is it's really cheap!! Get it at AMAZON OR Walmart for under $20!!

Almost forgot it has 20% calcium per scoop also, which combined with calcium in milk is pretty good!!
