1 month post op
I don't think it's unrealistic either, it's hard to wrap your mind around what you are putting into your body and what is now not coming off your body, where before you were trucking along at 2-4 pounds a week. Even if it is unrealistic, it's still frustrating for the people who are in this phase and they/we like to know it's not just us. And yes, I have read 1000 other posts about the same issue, but doesn't make it easier when you are the one experiencing it. This is a "support" forum, I thought.
I've always found the truth to be more supportive than unrealistic expectations.
