Five year surgiversary!
Hi everyone, just posting an update. Weight is hovering between 15 and 16 stone, still off insulin. Gained 10 pounds over the holiday but have already lost half of that. My restriction is still good but carbs are the very devil! I should exercise more and eat more protein - same old, same old.... Best wishes to all the Vets and 'hello' to all the Newbies. Work that sleeve!!
Congrats on your fantastic success!

Thank you for posting and congrats! I'm coming up on my 5 year and this last year I had to rehab my shoulder and completely fell off the exercise wagon. In turn, I've gained some weight back. I'm trying to get back on track by journaling food and getting in water & protein. Carbs are the devil. I'm hoping I can loose what I've put back on, it's so frustrating. I don't seem to have the decipline I did. Glad to hear you are doing so well.
Thanks for checking in. Nice work.
