Funny NSV - well, kind of funny . . .

I have a non-scale victory I have not heard mentioned before in any posts.  I'm sitting at my desk this morning all dressed up b/c I am going on a mini-vacation this afternoon (first time flying since surgery and I'll fit in the airplane seat with ease!) and I sneeze.  It dawned on me . . . it's wonderful to sneeze, cough, laugh, run, move quickly . . . and not wet my pants!  I know, kind of graphic (sorry guys) but this is another fantastic benefit from losing 66 lbs thus far!  Life is good!!! 

Yes, this is also a thing I have experienced.  Good for you!  :D
