Hi Natalie! I'm 60 and have a a colonoscopy both pre and post surgery - 1st at 48 and the next at 58. I didn't notice the 2nd one being any worse than the 1st. The prep stuff was still nasty, and I spent a good deal of time sitting on the throne, which was a miracle I got the time, as we have 1 bathroom and 4 people in the house! :) The procedure itself is easy. You'll do great! Good luck!

I had both pre-op. The endoscopy is easy and so is the colonoscopsy. The prep is nasty for the colonoscopy but the procedure itself is no big deal. Just do it and keep moving forward.
