I was hungry, too, early out. I remember freaking because it was so hard. I didn't expect it to be like that. The most satisfying thing to me at that point was homemade chicken soup and I would drink the broth. I craved taste. Warm broth is still very satisfying to me and I'm 3 months out. Good luck to you! Also try to think out a chocolate protein shake and then heat it like hot chocolate!

I promise you that tuna fish at this point in time would be a BAD idea!  Tuna fish is pretty darn dense - denser than soft meats like chicken thigh/leg.  It would probably get stuck or come back up.  

Maybe that visual will take the desire away

It's grea.. i have not really had a bad time...just craving a new texture besides broth
