L: Leftover ribeye steak with mushrooms
S: Dannon Fit and Light Boston Cream Pie Greek yogurt - new flavor and FABULOUS!
D: Slow cooker Buffalo chicken breasts and thighs - first time making this

E: 2-3 miles walking later tonight with the dog
I used to struggle to get all my water in. I don't like drinking a lot in the mornings so I would be cramming it down my gullet in the evenings. I've since started drinking teas which seem to help with the fluid intake.
I'm yoyo-ing on the scale right now due to some bad choices over the weekend. FSM curse you, Girl Scout cookies! I broke down in a moment of weakness and My Fitness Pal tracking almost exploded with the calories and carb increase. Need...to...get...my...head...back...into...the...game.

My check-up with my surgeon is tomorrow morning. I'm excited/nervous/curious. I want confirmation I'm doing everything right, I'm worried I'm not doing something I should be and I really want to see my 4 month labs. I shouldn't obsess, but I think this check-in will just help me feel validated or whatever the right word is. :)

W: I'm on 11, will get to 13 servings
E: 2mile walk for lunch and 2 mile walk before dinner. It's too icy to be running, so I stayed safe. :)
