Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Tuesday
My right shin is feeling pretty splinty from my Sunday race. I took it easy with my training this morning, I walked more and wore compression socks. The rest of my day is a *****allenging since I'm getting some dental work done at 1:30 and that sort of screws with my timing for meals. I'm sure I'll be really, really hungry by the time the novocain wears off and I can eat lunch! I've also got my first actual session of DMT this evening so, for those of you who have been following along with my trials and tribulations, keep your fingers crossed for me please :D
1: frankenshake
2: leftover chipotle chicken bowl
3: slow cooker chicken parmesan, pasta for the guys
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes 5k training at 1% incline on the treadmill for a total of 1.5 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I am not feeling well today and I am either not interested in eating or craving my comfort foods, which I can't have.
B: Kashi Go Lean Crips Cinnamon, milk, coffee.
L: 3 oz tuna, 1 oz cheddar, 3 triscuits
S; Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt
D: Left over Roastbeef or Leftover Gumbo.
W: I'm trying
V: I am out of vitamin D which I will buy today and try to make up the dose. Otherwise OK
E: Not interested.
B: Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt with granola. I've been just doing one serving of Bare Naked protein granola, but my doc said to make my food "chunkier" so I feel full. So, added another 1/4 cup of another kind of granola too.

D: Bourbon chicken in the crock pot (I'm pretty excited to try this recipe!)

I feel terrible today and I'm not eating. My throat feels like it is full of shards of glass and of course I have no soup or broth at the house. I'm sipping on water to stay hydrated and eventually I will drink a couple of protein shakes. If I really feel energetic then I may go to the store and get some soup but I may just go back to bed.
