Happy Hump Day!  :)

What's on the menu today?

B - chicken, sweet potatoes & brussel sprouts 

S - chike, coffee, latte (caffeine!), yogurt

L - string cheese, grapes, chicken curry

S - ??? (I ate everything early today... I might have to find something else)

D - meatloaf, asparagus & sweet potatoes

E - 3 mile fast run, yoga, hockey (this is why I am SO hungry today!)

W - on track

V - finished my stash at the office -- so only got in 1/3.  Will try before dinner.

L:  panera take 2 - half greek salad, chicken noodle soup, fruit cup

D:  baked haddock, spinach

S:  no sugar added fudgesicles

E:  Doubtful

W:  Yes

Still not feeling well today and, as such, still barely eating. 

B: hard boiled egg

L: Protein shake

D: not sure maybe some re-fried beans

S: Need a 2nd protein shake

W: incredibly behind

E: Not happening today which is a shame because the weather is nice here today. It would have been a great day for a walk.

L- Morningstar Original Vegan Griller burger with 1 oz. gouda cheese melted

S- Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt - toasted coconut

D- maybe scallops and asparagus

S- no sugar added fudgsicle or two

E- walk

W- good

V- never a problem

Still not feeling well, but still trying to eat clean

B: Kashi Go Lean Crisp Cinna Crunch, Milk, coffee

L; Tuna and mexican cheese blend, baby carrot

S: Siggis Kir, Yogurt.

D: Meatloaf, some low  carb veg.

Vites: OK

Water: OK

Exercise: Not interested just daily activity.

lunch - BBQ pulled pork and sweet potato casserole

dinner - chicken in pesto sauce and veggie

water - I better get moving on this!

L: sausage, potato, kale soup (there was a pot luck at school today!)

D: spaghetti minus the noodles...so sauce, hamburger/sausage, and cheese
