Scale hasn't moved since 1/1
When I was in a stall like that and was meeting my protein, fluid and carb threshold I added fat to my diet and stall broke almost immediately. I got pate and put it on celery and or low carb high fiber cracker. I also added avocado and guacamole to help with healthy fat. This is unscientific, of course, but it seems that I need to add calories without carbs to break my stalls.

my best advice is to not make any goals based on dates you can't control. It is a prescription for heart ache if you don't meet that deadline.
why do that to yourself?
