Having problems getting all my protein. Protein Shots????

Hi ! I am having the same problem. I am 10 days Postop. I tried the shots they are nasty. I ordered some liquid protein from Amazon

It is horrid too. I thought I could just drink it really quick. I could not! I am trying everything. I feel like I am not getting to eat anything but protein shakes. I have been taking hours to drink a whole EAS chocolate shake. That's only 17 gm. I am going to check out the Nectar, maybe that will work.

You can try samples of different brands/flavors of protein shakes at nashuanutrition.com.  Go to the Protein Powders category and click - halfway down the page you'll see a picture of a scoop of protein powder.  Click on that, and there'll be a drop-down menu listing all the samples you can order.

I just ordered a bunch yesterday - I wanted to try some new flavors of shakes, and wanted to try some nectars too, but didn't want to invest in buying a whole tub.
