do you all weigh everything you eat?
I havent started weighting my food...and if you do, do you actually weigh on a food scale or is it more like you just fill up a cup with food and thats your measure?I am currently under eating my sleeve usually have a protein shake for breakfast then for lunch and dinner I usually have a couple ham and cheese roll ups...and maybe some all natural pb for a snack...
I am a little over a month out and I weigh everything with either measuring cups and spoons, or a food scale. The couple times that I eyeballI it and don't measure, I eat and get uncomfortablly full.

I use a scale for everything I eat at home. I'm comfortable with eyeballing/listening to my body when eating elsewhere. But only because I reinforce correct portion size consistently at home!

It's even more important to weigh at that point because you can cause your sleeve actual damage by accidentally overeating.

I weigh everything still. It keeps me on track.
If you are interested in closely tracking calories, weighing your food is the only way to go. Any other method will be off by a lot as far as calories go.
If you are thinking about undereating your sleeve, and just the volume of food, measuring cups and very careful eyeballing will suffice.
