one month out and havent taken any vitamins...
have you tried taking the vitamins with food?, maybe that'll help keep them down.?

I had to crush my chewable vitamins and mix it with greek yogurt to get them down. I found I liked the creamy yogurt treat and I still do it.

I second the suggestion for taking them with food. I think Carol/cappy breaks hers up into yogurt.
Since we're supposed to use chewables (according to ASMBS) for 3-6 months, I would NOT follow the advice of "just don't take them until you can swallow pills." Your PA won't be the one with vitamin deficiencies - you will.
