so im one month out today and am thinking i hit my stall...i've lost 36 lbs since 9/1 (2weeks pre op)...ive been on here so long and swore i wouldnt let the stall freak me out...but 35 lbs is what i usually lose, then go back to old habits and gain it back...so of course im thinking ok this is it...my weightloss is over....feeling

I asked my NUT about the 3 week stall today and she literally laughed in my face. She told me that was a myth. But so many people report them on here that i dunno. I thought I was in a stall but when I saw her I had lost a total of 13 pounds since my surgery. and 7 waist inches. So i guess if I hit a stall i wont go to her I will come here.

I think it's more of a scale stall. The scale doesn't show a weight loss but my clothes tell a different story. I'm 3 mos post and down 40lbs...Even with a 2 wk stall. Have faith in the sleeve. It'll all work out. Good luck!

Generally speaking, you should see a legit medical professional rather than talking to random strangers on the Internet when it comes to health issues. :)

I was making more of a point I do not think I will stall if I do what i am suppose to.I guess my point wasn't made correctly. My NUT said stalls or weight gain usually happen down the road when  people start eating what they want again. Personally I always listen to medically trained people first when it comes to my health.
