Not how I wanted to celebrate

I was sleeved one month ago today. Got on the scale and I'm up a half pound from yesterday.

But I'm VERY happy overall. I've had no heart burn (or acid reflux). I've RARELY been hungry. I've lost 33 lbs post-op (and another 10 pre-op). My pants fall off without a belt. AND I'm on the last notch of my belt!

Why the hell didn't I do this 10 years ago!

Don't get too concerned about a half lb.  You probably have higher, temporary fluctuations in your future.  Congrats on your success.

Good job! Don't sweat the scale so much, your body is probably losing inches & it won't show up on the scale, plus your body might go up & down as you move along, it could water weight or maybe gaining muscle if you're working out on weights etc. Me in 1 week it showed I was up 3 lbs then down 4, for a 1 lb loss, the body is funny like that.

No one surgery is better than the other, what works for one may not work for another. T-Rebel
