Chicken Bebe looks good to me. Question is, Is that compliant with the Parmesan crust?

We've all got different ways of eating, but parmesan crust is certainly acceptable in my plan.

#1 - I love these games!
#2 - This place doesn't make it easy on you. At every turn they take a good option and lace it with sugar or other bad item.
#3 - Safest bets are the turkey, chicken and salmon. In each case you're going to have to skip part, remove part or get it special ordered.
If turkey - skip the gravy and the sweet potato
If chicken - peal the crusty stuff off
If salmon - ask to skip the glaze (= sugar)
If all else fails.... you gotta live sometimes, one night won't kill you, back to the better options in the morning....

Ahi tuna! I ordered that last week in a high-end sushi place, and it was a fantastic size for sleevers and melt in your mouth delicious! I still took some home but it was perfect for breakfast the next day.
