First "Solid" Food Today

I started the soft food stage today and had a poached egg. I had it at about four hours ago. I'm still full. (happy dance)

Down 25.4 lbs since Sept. 1.

Eggs are basically good fats and protein when eaten with the yolks (which you should do).

Because of this they provide better satiety, and when combined with the sleeve they are a great food.

Everyone should be using eggs as a base in they meals somewhere during he day.

How did it feel going down? Did you chew your food to a puree consistency ? How long did you wait before drinking something ? I'm scheduled for surgery soon. Please let me know.
