Holy Moly it's almost Friday. This week was a quick one :)
What on the menu?

S - latte, yogurt w/ blueberries, turkey deli meat
D - chicken cordon blue casserole & brussel sprouts
E - 3 mile run, 10 minute abs, 45 min muscle step, 60 minute yoga (maybe this is getting out of hand?)
W - on track

Dinner -ground beef and cabbage casserole
Snack - curry chicken and cucumber salad

The rest of the day is strange: I bought some pre shredded salad makings with high fiber veggies like broccoli, cabbage, and so on, added some smoked turkey breast and a homemade dressing and am eating on this all day. I don't think I will eat anything but this salad all day long. I know how odd this sounds, but it is working for me today. I am totally stuffed and I have barely had 300 calories today. My guess is that I will end the day with somewhere around 700-800 calories at most. I will do something different tomorrow.
So....not a great day snacking wise, but I'll survive.

S:peanut butter on a graham cracker
L: egg salad with light mayo and RF crackers
S: 5 almonds and a few of my sons cheddar bunnies (TOO MANY CRACKER THINGS TODAY)
