Whatcha eating today VSGers? Sunday...
Happy Sunday everyone! I got the first good night of sleep I've had in months last night so today will be glorious as a result of that. It's amazing what a good night of sleep will do for a body. Today is a rest day for me, but I decided to do some yoga this morning anyway. And yesterday I went to the local running store to get a cool new pair of running shoes!

I was cleaning out my fridge for breakfast, so things are a little off today, but its all good. I'm still trying to take it easy -- I over trained a bit last week. Tomorrow I'm back at the exercise and looking forward to it.
