Look who popped in??  MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE  I'm so excited to be seeing some of you next weekend!!

B:  So far coffee
S:  Protein Shake (Click; Jay Rob Unflavored; Almond Milk)
L:  Brisket; Mashed Cauliflower
S:  Wine (doing a race called the Wicked Wine run)
D:  Some food drink meat/veggie dinner

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  5K

Breakfast - Salmon and blue berries

Lunch - crock pot balsamic chicken with garlic green beans

Dinner - crock pot shredded beef with cheddar cheese and mixed veggies

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - good ole recumbent bike, here I come!

Happy Saturday!

B - nothing -- did a VO2 max test, Body fat test and BMR test and had to fast

S - chike

L - egg whites & ham

S - ham & cheese or yogurt & berries

D1 - rotisserie chicken & brussel sprouts -- early dinner w/ my son

D2 - flank steak, grilled zucchini & squash & wine -- date w/ the fireman :)

E - VO2 test - about a mile.  Still trying to take it easy and give my body a full recovery.  I'm planning to start the workouts back up on Monday

W - on track

V - later

Yay Saturday!  Today I went to the local running store and got fitted for some new running shoes!  I got Newtons and I can't wait to run on Monday and try them out!!

1: frankenshake
2: tuna cakes! (My last serving of these, sniff.)
3: breakfast stuffed acorn squash - I'll be doing this in a baking dish and frying the eggs separately.
