B - nothing -- did a VO2 max test, Body fat test and BMR test and had to fast

D1 - rotisserie chicken & brussel sprouts -- early dinner w/ my son
D2 - flank steak, grilled zucchini & squash & wine -- date w/ the fireman :)
E - VO2 test - about a mile. Still trying to take it easy and give my body a full recovery. I'm planning to start the workouts back up on Monday

Yay Saturday! Today I went to the local running store and got fitted for some new running shoes! I got Newtons and I can't wait to run on Monday and try them out!!
