I think Eggs hate me
It's super common for people to have issues with eggs post-op. My NUT tells me that I should retry foods that cause me issues after a month. So I'd try again at the 9 week mark.
Are you able to eat other salads like tuna salad? Or does that make you uncomfortable too? (I assume you're taking small, slow bites.)

It's common. It took me a good year to tolerate eggs in any form. I still can't handle a plain hard boiled egg and deviled eggs are iffy. and I'm sensitive to overcooked eggs in any form. I do best with soft scramble or poached.
For reference: I'll be 4yrs out in Oct.
