I ran 4 miles and did an hour of kick a** yoga --
I was planning on 5 mile, but ran out of time before my yoga class. I accidentally pulled the emergency stop button when I was nearly 3 miles in -- bumped it when I was grabbing my towel to wipe off the sweat. Boo! So I don't know exactly how long it took, but I was averaging about 9:30 / mile. I'm trying to stop killing myself everyday. My legs we dead much of last week.

I'm normally pretty lazy on the weekends, but I'm with my parents and my mom suggested that we go on a walk this evening after dinner. So I'll be doing that!
Tomorrow and Wednesday I'm going to attempt to use my mom's treadmill..... erk.
