3: grilled salmon and zucchini?  (My mom is cooking tonight so I'm not 100% sure.)
4: shake, yogurt, or cheese

Breakfast - salmon and cucumber salad

dinner - stuffed green peppers

early morning snack: Chike hazelnut mocha protein shake

breakfast: high fiber oatmeal with extra oat bran, peanut butter, and sliced banana

mid-morning snack: chili cumin walnuts and almonds

lunch: turkey meatballs and roasted brussels sprouts

afternoon snack: elk jerky

dinner: spicy tuna salad and grilled asparagus

after dinner snacks: fresh strawberries, hot carob-orange-cappuccino protein shake (yes I love carob, it makes an awesome addition to protein shakes either hot or cold IMO)

water & vitamins: on track

exercise: 30 minutes walking

8 am - greek yogurt w/ scoop syntax protein

12 pm - 3oz ckicken w/fajita seasoning and tbl of s.cream and salsa

4 pm - 2 scrambled eggs w/ hot sauce

8pm - either fajitas again or talipia

1st day w/o a protein shake in 9 weeks (other than when in hospital) 

w - 70 oz so far

v - yes

e - 30 min cleaning/lifting boxes and a ride around the block (trying to recondition my tailbone)

D: not sure yet, as it'll be out with family, but probably some chicken or fish and salad

V: little slow today, but will get there

W: working on it

E: nothing structured today, walking the girls a couple of miles once the sun is down

had my surgery on 6/25/14. This is my official first post on OH.com!

What's on the menu?

B - Isopure about half of that starting from 6 in the morning to 9am

S - sugar free Popsicle

L - Isopure the other half 12 to 2pm

S - sugar free popsicle

D - Chicken broth about a small mug 

S - just working on getting more water in

E -  35 min walk and shopping

W - check ( almost finished 1.5 liters)
