early morning snack: Chike hazelnut mocha protein shake
breakfast: high fiber oatmeal with extra oat bran, peanut butter, and sliced banana
mid-morning snack: chili cumin walnuts and almonds
lunch: turkey meatballs and roasted brussels sprouts
afternoon snack: elk jerky
dinner: spicy tuna salad and grilled asparagus
after dinner snacks: fresh strawberries, hot carob-orange-cappuccino protein shake (yes I love carob, it makes an awesome addition to protein shakes either hot or cold IMO)
water & vitamins: on track
exercise: 30 minutes walking
8 am - greek yogurt w/ scoop syntax protein
12 pm - 3oz ckicken w/fajita seasoning and tbl of s.cream and salsa
4 pm - 2 scrambled eggs w/ hot sauce
8pm - either fajitas again or talipia
1st day w/o a protein shake in 9 weeks (other than when in hospital)
w - 70 oz so far
v - yes
e - 30 min cleaning/lifting boxes and a ride around the block (trying to recondition my tailbone)
B: premium chocolate protein shake
L: poached egg and 3 slices canadian bacon, .5oz shredded mozarella
S: 100g watermelon
D: not sure yet, as it'll be out with family, but probably some chicken or fish and salad
S: 4oz cottage cheese and 2oz diced peaches
V: little slow today, but will get there
W: working on it
E: nothing structured today, walking the girls a couple of miles once the sun is down
B: Peach almond milk shake
L: Turkey burger, salad and Greek yogurt
D: Shell-less turkey taco salad
S: Lite cheese stick and turkey pepperoni
