Mushy not going well
I'm 7 weeks out and eggs don't sit well with me either. It's pretty common. For whatever reason, our new stomachs don't..stomach??..some things very. And, often, there's no rhyme or reason to it. The sleeve wants what the sleeve wants :)
Hang in there!! It will get better! Pureed beans saved my hyde for a few weeks! Keep trying.
Hang in there. I don't know how far out from surgery you are but I'm guessing not too long ago as you're on mushies now...cottage cheese didn't sit well with me either & I haven't tried it again since but I eat one scrambled egg every day now but I make it really runny using a dash of 1% milk in it & cooking it in coconut oil. Hang tight you'll be able to eat again. It's all good & you're going through a common complaint that many folks seem to have but it really will get better.

It does get easier, if something doesn't sit well, try it again w/ more moisture, or a week later. Like Steph, I gently cook (no well done rubbery) my egg and add a dash of milk and then add a couple squirts of hot sauce for extra liquid.
When I ate my refried beans, I added some sour cream and a little chicken broth, or some salsa, per my dr's recommendation to thin out my meals until applesauce consistency.
