Whatcha eating today VSGers? Saturday...
Had an amazing day downtown w/ my best friends who all drove in to hang out in Nashville w/ me. I live in a great place!
B - yogurt and protein powder
L - seared ahi tuna
D - yogurt and protein powder
Water - good
Vits - completely forgot - too excited about the day to think about packing pills
Exercise - 15,000 steps (and Nashville is hilly)
Happy Saturday! It was a beautiful day here but way too hot. I do not do well in hot weather... I would do fine living somewhere that was cold all year round.
B- skipped... slept in
S- sugar free iced vanille latte from starbucks... been craving this alot lately... gotta kick this habit and start making my own... starbucks is too expensive!
L- bbq chicken
D-pulled pork with a teeny bit of pasta (hubby and i went to dinner with my parents and i split a meal with my mom... she ate most of it... lol first time in my life she has eaten more than me)
S- dannon light and fit greek blueberry and a protein shake
Since I am trying to get back on track. Can you guys give me some idea of when you are eating (times)? I don't want breakfast but know I need to eat. I cannot drink a protein shake first thing in the morning or I end up in the bathroom for wayyyy too long. I drink coffee in the morning. I also HATE water. Could use some ideas there too.
I think I need to figure out and eat exactly at a certain time and stick to it. I still can't eat a whole lot at one time, thanks to VSG but I am eating the wrong stuff and snacking, especially at night since I don't eat enough during the day.
I would be embarrassed at what I ate today.
