It's Saturday boys and girls!!  I'm happy as a clam lol.  Now with that said I have a graduation party at 3pm, I'm having such a GREAT morning I can say NO to whatever doesn't fit into my plan.

I'm still feeling a bit jet lagged today, but I powered through at the gym.  I'm going out to a BBQ this afternoon at a friends new house, so that should be fun!

Happy Saturday, everyone.  The weather is beautiful here in New England!  and I'm planning on a nice dinner out with my hubby tonight. 

Breakfast - Salmon and roasted cauliflower

Lunch -  crock pot chicken salsa verde - new recipe - yummy

Dinner - we are going to a fancy restaurant for a late father's day treat for my hubby.  So meat veggie, wine, and a bite of desert are on the plan.  I know I'll pay for it on the scale for a week, but that's the way it goes!

Cleared for all foods earlier this week 

8 am - protien shake

11 am - B-day picnic (not mine) - 2 slice deli turkey, 1/2 slice cheese, 1 strawberry, 1 pringle, 1 mini carrot

4 pm - 3oz leftover homemade chicken fajitas (meat only)

8pm - (planned) turkey taco in lettuce wrap w/ 1 tbl s.cream, jalapeno slices, 1oz taco cheese, salsa, avocado slice 

w - lots, 90 oz so far

e - threw ball at the park, 2 hrs deep cleaning house

v - multi and ppi
