My Monday is almost over here in the Netherlands.  I could have let the crazy travel, computer problems and jet lag drag me. Down, but I. Ended up having a pretty good day.  When my computer crashed, I decided to get my long run for the week done.  Some of the women at the hot el toldme. How to get to this great forest where I didn't y 9 mile run.  It was hilly with cliffs, rivers d lakes -- so nice!  

I came back and my compute risk in dog. Working.  I finished my presentation, but can getmy. PC to send it out. Arg.  But maybe after dinner it will work.  Onto the food!

Great job getting your run in while traveling.  Sounds like it was very scenic which I am sure made it even better.

2: leftover greek chicken salad
3: hamburger cabbage stir fry (I'll be doubling the beef to up the protein, and increasing a few of the other ingredients, like garlic, to compensate.)
4: froyo protein popsicle

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.93 miles. So close to 3.1!!
