My Monday is almost over here in the Netherlands. I could have let the crazy travel, computer problems and jet lag drag me. Down, but I. Ended up having a pretty good day. When my computer crashed, I decided to get my long run for the week done. Some of the women at the hot el toldme. How to get to this great forest where I didn't y 9 mile run. It was hilly with cliffs, rivers d lakes -- so nice!
I came back and my compute risk in dog. Working. I finished my presentation, but can getmy. PC to send it out. Arg. But maybe after dinner it will work. Onto the food!

exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.93 miles. So close to 3.1!!
