Made my 9 month goal for my follow-up appts last Friday. 198!  Onward to my next goal, 185 by 9/12/14.

Exercise:  Rode bike today (farther than I've gone), will go to gym if it rains, if not, will walk the dog later (dog is so thankful for the VSG surgery, never walked her before).

L - 4 oz. grilled pork loin (delicious leftovers from last night!) and a couple pieces of celery for some crunch

D - 4 oz. baked salmon, few spears of asparagus
