NSVs - Triathlon & Size 10 (pics!)

Happy Monday everyone!

I put my foot down and am not traveling for work this week. Woohoo! I am going to Vegas on Wed eve - Friday eve to have a plastic surgery consult, but I'm very excited about that.

This weekend was amazing!

First I returned some clothes that were too big (bought online) and bought 2 pair of size 10 shorts. That is insane to me. I just can't believe it.
Second -- I completed a triathlon. And I did it fast! I was 38th out of 157 in my age group. My 5 K time was 28 minutes which is the fastest I've ever done in a race. I'm just so proud of myself. It is wonderful to be physically fit! We can all do this!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Thank you everyone! Races are so much fun. If you have even thought about ever doing one -- DO IT! They are fun & the comradarie (sp?) is fantastic :)
