I was for a while freezing my leftovers at home and bringing a cooler with me on the plane.  I realized it was hurting me professionally.  Eating out and socializing with my team and client is a key piece of my work.  I have been able to successfully navigate restaurants and often take my lunch or dinner leftovers for the next meal.

I like things HOT, so I'm not sure the water would work enough for me.  Cold things are often OK for me -- so I do a lot of yogurt and cottage cheese, but last night I just knew I wanted something HOT and meat based.

That's a good find.  So many of the frozens have the potato or the rice or the pasta.  I've also found the Lean Cuisine Salad Additions or Wrap additions to be good.  Those will have a protein, some veg and a bit of sauce, so they avoid the heavy starches that are in a lot of the others.
