She was probably grazing.  Or eating milk shakes.  Small sleeve capacity doesn't prevent those things.

Me too. I was like why are you wasting your doctors time and family. I think her husband was fed up with. Then when she said that the Dr or the NUT didnt advise her of her diet, smh.

I saw that one. I believe I saw her eating huge quantities of junk food. Was this the one whose husband was frying corn tortillas for her?

The one thing I don't like about this show is that they don't seem to offer any psychological care. Anyone who finds themselves at 600-lb has an awful lot of denial going on and very likely has some serious emotional baggage. I am pretty thunderstruck that the patients don't seem to have any sort of counsel prior to or after surgery.

They might and we just don't see it due to the magic of editing.

it does seem like many of the people I have seen on this show were not mentally prepared for the surgery.  It seems like they wee chosen for the show and then asked for do the prop diet and that's it.  Idk I guess when they are so obese it gives them a chance, but they need their heads to be in it too.

I definitely feel this way about season 2.  I feel that the subjects were all picked based on how dysfunctional their families are.  I thought season 1 was much more useful.
