Anyone 7 or 8 years post op... still succesful??

Hey girl...I'm still here trying to lose my regain.  I honestly can't seem to stay focused past 30 days.  So NOW I'm giving myself 100 days to effect a change.  It's 98% MENTAL for me at this point.  I know what to do I just don't do it for very long.

I'll be 6 years out June 2nd! Regain of 34 as of this day! You know how hard this is to post.. So many people look up to you and you feel like you're letting them down.... BUT, I will ROCK my gown at the conference ;) Karen, let's do this together!!!! Help Elina!!!

OMG I hadn't realized when 100 days was lol.  I'm currently on day 21 so we'll see!!  Let the scale fall where it may!
