Where are you going for your vacation?
S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 1.5T collagen, 1t creatine) - Based upon my research, I'm giving creatine a try to see how it makes me feel.
B: leftover greek lamb feta meatball - I'm really happy with how these turned out and how well they went down for me.
L: spinach salad with warm bacon dressing sans spinach
D: Froyo protein popsicle
Water and vites: on track
Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.55 miles I'm slowly working up to where I was last week before I added fitness classes to my life.

I'm going to the beach in North Carolina. My family is renting a beach house -- which is awesome & we will have a kitchen - awesomer! So I will be able to relax and still have control over my food!
My sister is 8 months pregnant so we are going to have a baby shower. She is having the 2nd grandchild, so my son will finally have a cousin! I'm super excited :)

Oh you poor baby, vacation already, what a shame. :)
B: just coffee and milk today. I tried some Starbucks coffee yesterday and hated it. It tastes burned to me. I am spoiled now for life because Alan buys our coffee from Hawaii and it tastes so much better, I do't think I could ever go back. I use about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of 1 percent milk in a large (and I mean huge) mug of coffee. It's somewhere around 60-90 calories. Not really enough for breakfast, but I am not very hungry most mornings.
L: smoked pork chop with low fat cabbage and apple salad (dressed with a Greek yogurt dressing and maybe a few raisins). Alan has the week off and has been cooking.
D: chicken mole with faux rice.
Snacks: almond walnut mix baked with some splenda and cinnamon, Greek salad, and/or caviar (red salmon left from Mother's day) stuffed egg whites. I never really know how much of the snacks I will have, it depends on my hunger level. I am not really hungry today, so my guess is I will choose one snack and call it a day. I am eating between 1200-1800 calories now. Seems like I eat more the week before my TOM and less right after it.
