I'm scared of regain, too. You have GOT to keep telling yourself to stick to your plan, and everything will be just fine. When you're travelling, it's definitely difficult, but it's also a transitory period. You'll be home soon, and feel much more in control and steady. Hang in there! MWAH!

The dress is really cute, but you are smoking. I get the fear, and if done in small doses, it can actually help you maintain. You are a beautiful woman and you deserve the attention you are getting. Sounds like you are doing all the right things to get back on your program after a vacation. That's all we can do, and it's ENOUGH.

You look great! The dress really shows off your thin figure! We all have that fear of gaining our weight back, but realizing we made some bad choices and then correcting them before it gets out of hand is what we need to do. Exactly what your doing, you got this!
