S dry roasted edamame or yogurt or both (at different times.

Ugh - back to the night shift for two weeks so eating is all turned around.

B - Greek yogurt and PB2

L - Starkist sweet and spicy tuna pouch 

D - If I'm able to eat between now and midnight it will be homemade beef and broccoli - sans rice.

Vit - good

Water - good

Exercise - I'm taking my kettlebell to work so hopefully can get in a workout with that.  Otherwise, nada.
