Whatcha eating today VSGers??? Tuesday!
Hello everyone! I'm a little bummed - I came to PA so I could work with the partners, but they got tied up in another meeting. So I am here for really nothing gar!
B - chike
S - greek yogurt w/ blueberries
L - grilled caesar salad w/ scallops
S - string cheese & clementine
D - chicken divan (unless I have to go out to dinner, then steak & veg)
S - cottage cheese & blackberries
E - 7 mile run (unless I have to go out to dinner)
W - on track
V - ugh keep forgetting.
Who's next?
I don't know what I'm eating today since it's the choir concert. I think that I might have at least 1/2 my shake when I get home from therapy and then have a protein popsicle before I leave for the concert since that will keep me functional but not make me feel full. Of course then I won't be able to eat anything after the concert since it'll be too close to dinner. So ugh. Choir seems to be the biggest wrench in my eating plans.

S: 1/2 frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 1T collagen) I should probably think about increasing my collagen again, but I haven't been shake compliant recently so I'll wait until next week.
L: Froyo protein popsicle

Ingredients
24 ounces plain Greek yogurt
3 ounces protein powder (3 scoops/servings protein)
Instructions
Thoroughly mix ingredients together using whisk or spoon. Spoon into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Enjoy!

So far I've just used Syntrax Fuzzy Navel protein powder. I use the grab n go packs which are a serving/scoop of protein powder each. My popsicle molds are 4 ounces each which means each popsicle ends up with around 17 grams of protein. For the yogurt, you should use whichever fat level you're comfortable with using.
