My menu is on the cuff.  I'm about to go do 4-6 mile intervals, then I'm off to meet some friends to educate them about various Couch to 5K programs, then I have an oil change and wheel alignment, while that's being done I'm going to fisherman's wharf for lunch, some grilled fish sounds good.  Then I'm coming home to cook greens for Easter and bake a chicken for lunch for the week!!

Sounds like a busy day, Ms Shell!

I weighed myself this morning to see the 18 pound loss was a fluke, which I figured it was, so oh well!  Still down 2 pounds over my NYC trip so I'm happy :)

Today is a getting the house together day and I'm going to see Transcendence. Fun times!  The week ahead is stupidly busy, so I want to make sure everything is in order before Monday.

B: 3 ounces smoked salmon, 1T cream cheese - ate about 2 ounces of the salmon and half the cream cheese

S: protein shake with benefiber, miralax, and collagen

L: Tuscan baked eggs (sort of like shakshuka, but different flavors)

D: FroYo protein popsicle

Vitamins and water: on track

Exercise: a walk if I feel okay, but probably not. I'm still recovering from NY and my back is hurting a lot. :( -- I went for a mile walk once I got home from the movie!  I also set up a mirror!!!  I haven't owned a full length mirror since I moved out of my parents' home in 1997 but I ordered a stand mirror last week and it arrived today.  I'm super happy!  This is a HUGE emotional/mental thing for me.

Hello Ms. Shell,

I'm obsessed with listening to the Sounf of Music lately.  I'm not a big Carrie Underwood fan ( she has a great voice) but I'm a Stephen Moyer fan (from True Blood).  No one can replace Julie Andrews though, lol!!! Thank goodness no one is here to listen to me sing along!!!

Next up later, Xanadu with my childhood idol, Olivia Newton John.  Yes, I'm a dork!!!  Then maybe Grease???  Maybe Breakfast At Tiffany's???  WTF?!?!  I'm just in that kinda mood!!

But I got to clean house & I brought work home to do.  I can always listen to the all these soundtracks while I work!

Sorry, enough of that!!!

B: just iced coffee

S: chicken sausage

L: chorizo w/egg

S: Greek yogurt

D: chicken w/veggies

water, Vits, cleaning ... Check matey!!!
